small room erratic shower

The room i booked, that double mansard room city view, turned out smaller than i expected. like, really small. maneuvering around the bed was like an obstacle course and my suitcase barely fit anywhere. also, the shower's temperature was totally erratic. It kept switching from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. it made showering pretty unpleasant.

the reception staff was very friendly. they also offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. the location is central and convenient, it made sightseeing very easy. the hotel kept my luggage safe after checkout since my flight was later.

i noticed a very small stain on the bathroom rug, it could use a professional cleaning.

the staff spoke multiple languages, i heard them conversing in french and english. the reception provided helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants. service was available 24/7 at the front desk.

The hotel room had air conditioning that works excellently. The hotel rooms featured balcony. The shower got strong water pressure. This was so nice.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Receptionists looked at her mobile phones more than speaking with customers. It was hard to get coffee at the bar, I thinks it was a problem for them.

the location was acceptable, placing me close to many attractions.

my room was smaller than i anticipated, especially considering the price i paid. also, the air conditioning seemed to have a minimum temperature setting i couldn't adjust.

centralized air conditioning noisy air conditioning units

The air conditioning was centrally controlled (which is never a good thing). I found the minimum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius much too warm for sleeping. my interior room faced an internal shaft. It offered little daylight and was quite noisy because of the hotel's air conditioning units.
